CAFM-supported building automation system in a seminar room with LCB network protocol and connection of two ventilation systems
A seminar room of the MCR laboratory contains 20 student PCs, one teacher PC, and a server. The existing devices shall simulate all three levels of a building automation system (GA).

At AKB in Brakel, the communication channels are not optimal. Time is not used in an optimal way, because the whole time something or somebody needs to be found in the school. We want to improve this.

This project deals with the effective use of solar energy. I would like to carry out the project in a detached house model. Various processes, like generation of hot water, buffer storage and Stirling engine, shall be controlled by a PLC.
